The Mattison Surface Grinder

This grinder has a capacity to grind metal parts 20" wide, 24" high, and 72" long. With its wide-range capacity it is serving many industries. Typical of some of the work it is capable of grinding are Shear Blades and Knives; Cylinder Blocks and Heads; Surface Plates; Mold Plates for Batteries, Plastics, and Rubber; resurfacing Milling Machine Tables; Shaper Rams; Die Blocks; Die and Stripper Plates.

The Blanchard Grinder

The Blanchard Grinder has the following capacity: 55" diameter Round Plates; 55" across corners on Rectangular Plates; and 26" in height.

This machine serves practically every industry from the automotive to the printing. Some of the work performed includes cylinder heads, valve heads, and all sizes of flat plates within the capacity range. For the printing industry we grind "stones" -- the metal base for locking up forms for the press. We also resurface grinding plates for the Glass Trade.

The Landis Cylindrical Grinder

The Landis Cylindrical Grinder has a capacity up to a diameter of 14" and a length of 120". It is capable of grinding a large variety of machine parts such as Spindles, Shafts, Water Cylinders, Ink Rollers, and Piston Rods.

Any type of cylindrical grinding from 2" to 14" in diameter and 120" in length may easily be accommodated on the Landis.
